Senior DevOps Engineer

A fast-growing technology company building a Kubernetes-based operating system is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer as one of its early engineering hires. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys shaping both technology and ways of working.

The platform operates on Kubernetes across cloud-connected and air-gapped environments, supporting customers with complex, high-assurance requirements.

The Role

• Own and evolve Kubernetes-based platform architecture

• Support deployments across cloud, on-prem, and restricted environments

• Improve system reliability, security, and scalability

• Influence technical direction and help grow the DevOps capability

About You

• Strong experience running Kubernetes in production

• Solid Linux and container fundamentals

• Comfortable operating in complex or constrained environments

• Self-directed, pragmatic, and motivated by early-stage ownership
